Return & Refund Policy

The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at DG-LAB, you agree to the return & refund policy below. Please note that we will use the signing time shown by the express message as the starting date of your receipt of the goods.


Cancel Order

If you change your mind after placing an order and wish to cancel the order, please contact us by email. Usually we will send the package within 1-3 working days after you place the order. If we have already sent the package, we are sorry that we will not be able to cancel the order for you.


Damaged When Received

When you receive the goods, it is your responsibility to check whether the products are in good condition and available. If you find that the product you received is damaged or unavailable, you can contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods and ask for a replacement of the damaged products. If 30 days have passed since we received the goods, we will not be able to provide you with replacement service.
If you require a replacement, you need to:

2. Provide receipt or proof of transaction
3. Provide proof of product damage, which can be a video or a photo. Please note that we have the final judgment on whether the product has been damaged.


Unsatisfactory

If you are not satisfied with the products you receive or do not meet your expectations, you can contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods to ask for a refund and return the products you received. Please note that we are not responsible for the return freight, because the return freight must be paid by yourself.
If you ask for a refund, you need to:

2. Make a refund request within 30 days after you receive the goods
3. The product must be sent in its original package to our designated return address.


Warranty Period

We provide a one-year warranty period from the date you receive the goods. If there is any non-human damage to the products within one year from the date of receiving the goods, we will provide a replacement. If the product is damaged for reasons other than our fault, we will not provide replacement.

Refund Process & Time

When we agree to your after-sales application, we will provide the address you need to send the return back to in the email. We will refund to you and send you a notification email after receiving the product.There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.you should using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your return.


Shipping

We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping in return has to be paid by the customer.
